Our Specialty, Healthcare - Robert Hileman and David Dlugopolski started ASG with the purpose of providing appraisal services to the hospital/healthcare industry. Robert Hileman was previously the CEO for a large mobile MRI company and has a background in radiology. Dave Dlugopolski previously worked as the property tax manager for HCA, the largest for-profit hospital chain in the United States. It is because of these roots that ASG now specializes in the healthcare industry.

Our appraisers have appraised or consulted on the valuation of over 400 acute-care hospitals, 1,100 senior living properties, 100 psychiatric and rehabilitation hospitals, and 500 medical office buildings. Real Estate - ASG’s Real Estate Division features a professional staff with professional designations including the MAI, ASA, and others that are State Certified General Appraisers in numerous states. Our experience and training allows us to provide our clients with a variety of solutions to their appraisal needs. We work with our clients to design reports that not only provide them with the necessary data, analysis and conclusions, but also present the information in a manner tailored to their needs.
